Let’s re-read our favourites together!

Hey everyone! I know I haven’t been regular at blogging lately. I tried getting back at it via my diary entries but it just didn’t happen. I don’t enjoy doing it as much and I wasn’t really able to make them as interesting.
You’re probably aware of the reason if you’ve been following me for a while.

But here’s another try of getting back to blogging as frequently as possible. I’m finally getting back my interest and excitement I used to feel when I blogged and I’ve started working on a lot of content too.

I’m just trying to manage my work, studying and reading. Even though I’m free from my chronic-illness, my body will still need time in getting back the strength and immunity. So I get exhausted really soon and need to rest regularly.

But, enough of that!
As you’ve known that I struggled getting back to books and reading, I’ve finally managed it. My old books and memories helped a lot!

SO today, I present my list of books (with favourite quotes) that I’m looking forward to re-read! If you spot your favourite or have it on your TBR.. let’s read together! 😀 Let me know in the comment section below and let’s have some bookish fun, shall we?

Here we go!

fortyrules.pngForty Rules of Love by Elif Shafak is one of the books that got me hooked to reading understanding life’s journey. Elif Shafak became one of my favourite authors of all time after I read this and also Bastard of Istanbul.
I was truly a changed person at the end of Forty Rules of Love. It’s a must read, you’ll understand yourself a little better.

Every once in a while, it’s important to see life and the world through the eyes and understanding of a child. That’s how we should’ve continued to be. Smart, innocent and unfiltered.

I remember hugging this book and weeping while I was reading it. You’ll fall in love words, books, friendships and maybe understand death a little.

Apurva! I’m going to thank you again for this gift!

I’ve never had to experience what the characters did in the book, but in some mysterious way I relate to a lot of their fears, emotions and thoughts.

O Captain, My Captain! ❤

Take a look at how money is definitely something but not everything in just 90 pages!

People matter more than plotlines, if you know what I mean.

So that’s my list! I’ve already started re-reading Harry Potter series and hence didn’t include it in my list. But if you want to join in – I’m currently reading Chamber of Secrets 😀

Thank you for being here! Can’t wait to have a buddy read with you!

I’ll see you in my next one! 😀
