Know how to celebrate the good, and deal with the bad.

Life is better when you’re laughing.

It’s true, isn’t it? There isn’t anything more to it. Just that. Just a fact. And yet we fail to understand it. And yet we continue frowning at the smallest and pettiest of things.
So what if you stained your clothes with food or coffee or chocolate? You’re lucky to be blessed with all those things!
So what if you were stuck in traffic for hours? Aren’t you lucky enough to have a car and know how to drive it? To have roads and be living in a good city!

Why does it seem something so strange to think of life in such a manner? Shouldn’t it be coming naturally to us? Aren’t we all so blessed!

Everything seems easier and pleasant when we smile. It gets even better when we spend our days laughing!

You know what’s even better? To make someone else laugh with you!

The other day I read this on a website called, wonderslist : “Laughing is a celebration of the good, and it’s also how we deal with the bad. Laughing, like crying, is a good way of eliminating toxins from the body. Since the mind and body are connected, you use an amazing amount of muscles when you laugh. Laughter is the best medicine’: we’re always being told that, but there’s actually more to a good giggle than just raising our spirits for a couple of minutes. In fact, laughter is a big deal and has been shown to have many beneficial effects on human body in different ways.”

The bold and the underlined being my favourite. Why weren’t we ever taught this in schools?

Well, there’s something else I find better than humans laughing. That’s laughing animals!

So Cute!!

Let’s spread love and laughter 🙂
